The Vestry shall be the agents and legal representative of the parish in all matters concerning its corporate property and the relations of the parish to its clergy. The duties of the Vestry, together with the Wardens, shall be to serve as trustees of the property of the parish, to collect and disburse all money received for parish purposes, to assist with its physical and spritual concerns, to make arrangements for the support of the Rector, and to supply that office in case of a vacancy. The Vestry shall consist of the Rector, two Wardens (one designated as a Senior Warden and one designated as a Junior Warden) and nine additional Vestry members. The Senior and Junior Wardens shall be limited to two one year terms and additional Vestry members shall be elected for a single term of three years. Normally, three Vestry members should be elected to the Vestry each year.
